1. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. When you submit an idea for validation, we store the idea text and the generated report. If you make a purchase, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) handles payment details — we never see or store your card information.

2. How we use it

Your email is used solely to notify you at launch or to deliver your report. Your idea and report data are stored to let you access your paid report. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate FounderCheck:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI report generation
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Data retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you request removal or until we delete the list post-launch. Reports are stored indefinitely so you can access what you paid for. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@foundercheck.io.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to operate the service (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
