1. The service
FounderCheck provides AI-generated idea validation reports for informational purposes only. Reports are produced by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) and reflect AI analysis, not professional business, legal, or financial advice.
2. Payments
Each report costs €4.99 (one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. Once a report is generated and paid for, refunds are not offered — the AI computation and research have already been performed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, contact us and we will resolve it.
3. No guarantees
FounderCheck reports are provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that the information is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI models can be wrong. Always apply your own judgment before making business decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You may use FounderCheck for lawful purposes only. You may not submit ideas that are illegal, harmful, or designed to generate content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
You own the ideas you submit. The generated report is licensed to you for personal and commercial use. The FounderCheck brand, design, and platform code remain our property.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderCheck and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on report content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
